Online Booking & Salon Policy

Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment and check in at the reception desk.

Deposit
All bookings require a $40 deposit. This is not an extra charge, it is to reserve the time allocated for your appointment and is deducted from your final bill.

Cancellation Policy
We require 2 business days notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling, your deposit will be moved to secure your next appointment.

If you are unable to give 2 business days notice your deposit will be forfeit as a cancellation fee will apply.

Please remember Saturdays we close at 5:30PM and are not open Sundays.
Therefore if you cancel outside of business hours we will not see a cancellation until we arrive 9:00AM Monday morning. All efforts will be made to reschedule you in a timely manner.  

Late and No Show policy
If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule as we cannot guarantee a full service. A partial service may be complete i.e hair cut only, however we cannot add extra time onto your appointment as we have other clients booked after you.

All attempts to reschedule you in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” your deposit you made upon booking will be forfeit. Please call our salon number as we may not see messages in time.

Mcjag'l Hair values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Mcjag'l Hair need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be moved to secure your next appointment. We will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Confirmations
You will receive an SMS reminder 4 business days before your scheduled appointment. You must reply Y to confirm or N to cancel/ reschedule. Please note charges may apply if not cancelled within 2 business days.

Homecare
At Mcjag'l Hair we use high quality products, in order to guarantee long lasting results we will tailor a hair care plan for you using our recommend salon products.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Please also note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the salon.

In the unlikely scenario you are not satisfied  with the service you received, we will work with you towards a solution. Please report any issues within one week by phone call or in person.
